You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices from LayerMate, except where applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction.
Files you index with LayerMate remain entirely yours. LayerMate does not transmit them anywhere unless you explicitly enable network sharing yourself.
Every future update is included with your purchase at no extra cost, for as long as LayerMate continues to be developed.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled under Australian law.
